Enrollment Management

The Division of Enrollment Management provides leadership, expertise, analysis and coordination for undergraduate enrollment-related areas including recruitment and outreach efforts, application and admission policies, financial aid and scholarship policies, student retention and attrition studies, student outcomes, institutional competitiveness, and overall enrollment planning. A strategic enrollment management approach seeks to serve current and prospective students and families by integrating services throughout the student cycle, from recruitment through commencement and thereby enhancing each student’s Husky Experience.

The Division of Enrollment Management is under the supervision of the Vice Provost of Academic and Student Affairs.

Office of Admissions

The Office of Admissions recruits, admits, and enrolls undergraduate Freshman, Transfer, International, and Postbacalaureate students of achievement and promise.

Office of the University Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar [OUR] maintains academic records, coordinates course registration, maintains the university curriculum, provides student transcripts, administers residency requirements, and provides final degree review as well as coordinates the distribution of diplomas.

Office of Student Financial Aid

The Office of Student Financial Aid [OSFA] helps prospective, current undergraduate and graduate students with information on qualifying for, applying for, and receiving financial aid. Information on the many scholarships, grants, loans, and work-study programs is available that help make paying for college as affordable as possible.

International Student Services

The International Student Services [ISS] Office provides visa and immigration advising to international students at the UW on an F or J student visa. New and returning students are offered assistance with procedures and forms, rules and regulations, employment, health insurance, financial matters, and graduation assistance.

Veterans Education Benefits Office

The Veterans Education Benefits Office [VEBO] supports UW service members and their families as they further their education. VEBO assists with navigating funding options, VA education benefits, state waivers, financial aid, and scholarships.
